Ingredients:

4 lbs pale malt
4 lbs – wheat malt, pale
1 lb – oats, flaked
2.0 oz – Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops – boil time 60 min
1.00 – Whirlfloc tablet – boil time -15 min
1.00 oz – coriander seed – boil time -10 min
1.00 oz – orange peel, sweet – boil time -5 min
1 pkg- Forbidden Fruit (Wyeast Labs) yeast
2.00 lbs – frozen blackberry puree (secondary 14 days)
4.00 oz – blackberry extract (bottling 5 min)

Boil time: 60 Minutes
