Hop Test Bitter

Hop Test Bitter

This recipe was found on Brulosophy and is a hop test done by Brulosopher

The brew master designed it to test unfamiliar hops, or emphasize known ones. It’s slightly darker than you might expect, but testers found it quite good. With the lower OG, a starter isn’t needed, but is sometimes made up to use for yeast in later batches. The recipe has been tested with Cascade, Centennial, and Calypso hops, along with a few others. All have come out delicious with noticeably different hop character.
